Many hearing care professionals (HCPs) are using Phonak Remote Support to provide eAudiology services to their clients.
Phonak Remote Support is a feature supported through Phonak Target fitting software for the HCP, and myPhonak for the client. The HCP contacts the client through the Target software connecting to the client’s smartphone through the app.
