Phonak RemoteControl App

Clients can manually choose which direction to focus their hearing, depending on their listening situation.

Automatically selects the direction of speech and streams this to the other ear, improving speech intelligibility without the need to face the speaker. Even at –10 dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), 80% speech intelligibility is achieved.

All available hearing aid programs and connected audio sources are shown in a list on the app. Your clients’ can select any listening program or start streaming from an audio source easily by direct selection on the screen.

The usage of a Phonak streamer offers some configuration possibilities, e.g., during a call or enabling caller ID, which your clients’ can customize on their own when using the RemoteControl App.

Clients can quickly check if their hearing aids are receiving the remote control commands sent by the app. This is also an indicator of whether the hearing aids have run out of battery or need to be checked.

The RemoteControl App requires a Phonak ComPilot II or ComPilot Air II streamer.
