Fitted with an Audéo B hearing aid, the wireless CROS B transmitter enables clients with single-sided deafness (SSD) to hear speech clearly and follow conversations from whichever direction they come. Using our unique Binaural VoiceStream Technology, CROS B wirelessly transfers sound from the non-hearing ear to the Audéo B-R hearing aid on the better-hearing side. The ability to create a very narrow beamforming pattern allows clients to enjoy excellent speech understanding in noise. Plus, CROS B is easy to fit and demo.
